Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply when you buy a made-to-order mug from YaMug. The business identity and contact details for this store are maintained in the Storefront settings and shown on applicable customer documents.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and are the total item prices payable. Delivery is calculated separately at checkout and shown before you pay. The total on the payment screen is the exact amount charged to your card. Where YaMug is registered for GST, displayed prices include GST and qualifying documents identify the GST component. While YaMug is not registered for GST, no GST is charged and documents are issued as receipts rather than tax invoices.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

Placing an order

Adding items to your cart isn't an order. Your order is placed when you complete payment, and we accept it when we send your confirmation email. If we can't accept an order, because a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we can't deliver to the address, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Made to order

Nothing here is held in a warehouse. Each mug is printed after you order it, by our Australian print partner, and shipped directly to you. Because your item is made specifically for you, it can't be resold, which is why change-of-mind returns are not offered. Delivery

We deliver within Australia only. Delivery estimates shown at checkout include production time and are estimates, not guarantees; carriers occasionally run late and we can't control that. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail is on the delivery page.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers. If a payment fails, no order is created.

Product appearance

Screens vary, so colours may differ slightly from the images on this site. Mugs are ceramic and made in batches, so small variations in glaze and finish are normal and are not faults.

Our designs

The designs, text and images on this site belong to us or are used under licence. Buying a mug gives you the mug; it doesn't give you the right to reproduce the design.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Liability

Other than the consumer guarantees above and any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
